Most intercity cab apps connect you to whichever driver is nearest. Vaygo does not work that way. Every car that shows up under the vaygo name belongs to one vendor's fleet, based out of Delhi NCR, running the Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan corridor. That single fact is the whole reason vaygo exists.
Why one vendor, not a marketplace
A marketplace can promise you an algorithm. We can only promise you a phone number that picks up.
Accountability has a name
When a ride goes wrong on a random-driver app, you are talking to a support ticket. On vaygo, you are talking to the same vendor who owns the car. That changes how fast problems get fixed.
Every car, same checklist
Vehicle age, papers, tyres, AC, driver license, all checked against one standard because they answer to one owner. Relatives' cars joining the fleet go through the identical check, no exceptions.
The backup guarantee is real, not a slogan
If your assigned driver cannot make it, the same vendor reassigns another car from the same fleet within 30 minutes, or refunds your advance automatically. Nobody has to hunt for a replacement across a network of strangers.

Pickup from Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida, running to Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan, and the same routes running back. No pan-India promises, no cities we cannot actually service well. Small enough to stay accountable, wide enough to be useful.
